How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Most orders will be shipped by United States Priority Mail. Our shipping origin is Naperville, IL (60565). Our location in the central part of the United States gives us an advantage in getting your order to you quickly, no matter where you live.

Time in transit is usually 2-3 business days. Orders received by noon (CST) will be mailed the same day. Priority Mail provides the advantage of Saturday pick-up, transit and deliveries that are not available with other shipping options.

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 in the continental USA. There is no additional charge for shipping by Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. military base. If you wish to upgrade your shipping option to Express Mail (for USPS) or 2nd Day Air (for UPS shipments), that option is available during shopping cart checkout. Express mail will get a shipment to your home in 1-2 business days.

What is your return policy?

Breastmilk is considered a body fluid. Breast pumps are medical equipment designed for personal use. They may not be returned once opened. All the breast pumps that we sell are very high-quality products. We do not resell used breast pumps.

Unopened pumps, supplements and other merchandise are returnable, subject to a 15% restocking fee, and in original packaging. You must call us at 630-357-0028, or email orders@lactinv.com, to arrange returns. Please provide your name, address, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. We will give you a return authorization number (RA) to include on the outside of your package. Returns that are sent back without authorization will be refused. You will receive an email notification when your return package is received and when a refund has been made to your credit card account.

Do you use a secure server for credit card transactions? Is it safe for me to enter my credit card number over the Internet?

Your credit card information is secure with PayPal. You may either pay with an existing PayPal account, or with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express). All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal. Your transaction is secure when you are entering your credit card information.
